EBL is spearheading the completion of Unit 905C (Barclay Floor Plan) prior to contract closing between Unit Owner and Avenue Capital Group.

EBL submitted a bid to the owner and design team which entails the renovation of 119 units prior to the Republic Convention in Tampa.  Thank you to our trade contracting community in your support in bidding this project.
