EBL is spearheading the completion of Unit 905C (Barclay Floor Plan) prior to contract closing between Unit Owner and Avenue Capital Group.

EBL submitted a bid to the owner and design team which entails the renovation of 119 units prior to the Republic Convention in Tampa.  Thank you to our trade contracting community in your support in bidding this project.

Hollywood Bread Building exterior paint progress at the old tire garage center!

Recent Model that EBL built for the Canyon Ranch Miami Living Project.  It sold withing 72 Hours!!! We were contracted to build a new one immediately.

EBL has started work on the Hollywood Bread Building in Hollywood Florida. Current scope entails site improvements.

EBL bid on the FIU Physics and Chemistry Restroom Renovation Project.  It was quite competitive with 20 bidders.  The average of the bids was $425k.  EBL’s number was $423,240, not bad, but the lowest was $342k (ouch) and the highest $599K.
